Favorite Pasta!

This is a favorite for all of my four kids! Plus, it’s soooooo easy to make! I got the recipe from my brother in law (Niña Williams Blog) when we were on vacation in Wisconsin 9 years ago! The kids eat the entire pan of pasta! Like I said, they LOVE it! Dylan actually named it the “favorite pasta” dish, and we’ve been calling it that for five years now! When they ask me what we’re having for dinner and I say “favorite pasta,” they legit do a happy dance!

Ingredients: 8 oz. package of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream, box of noodles (we use rigatoni), 2 tablespoon butter

1) preheat oven to 350 degrees or broil (your preference)

2) boil pasta until tender, drain

3) pour pasta in glass dish

4) pour 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream and butter in pasta, stir

5) spread mozzarella cheese on top of pasta

6) bake OR broil in oven until cheese is golden brown

6) Plate and top with a little bit of black pepper.  ENJOY!
