Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Here’s another Keto friendly option for you! Blaine has made a LOW CARB PIZZA CRUST before using cream cheese and eggs, but sometimes you just don’t want to put in too much work and create more dishes to clean up. 😉
I found this CALI FLOUR – JALAPEÑO CRUST and wanted to try it! It’s available at Hy-Vee (our local grocery store). One box came with two thin crusts. Here’s the nutrition info:
The instructions are pretty simple. See below.
You have to bake the crust first. Then, add toppings.
Once you do that, broil for a few minutes. Here’s Chef Moyer. 😉
Here you have it! The edges did get dark, but don’t worry it didn’t taste burnt at all! Both Blaine and I agreed this spicy jalapeño crust was pretty tasty. I actually wish it got even crispier and so I actually liked the edges where it got dark!
If you’re wondering, the kids had regular pizza. 😉
