Cheese Crisps
I’m so excited many of you want to do this challenge with me! If you missed it, head to this BLOG POST. I’d love to know any recipes you try that were a success as I would love to share!
I finally tried to make some cheese crisps! I only did a few this time because I didn’t know how they’d turn out, but next time I’m doing a whole pan! It made for a great snack and was so easy! I baked it in the oven at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes until edges were golden brown.
Notes from this go around:
1: I did spray my pan since I didn’t have parchment paper. I’m sure it’ll be easier to remove the crisps if I used the paper so I’m going to make sure I have that next time.
2: I left these plain this go around, but you can add a little bit of paprika or Italian seasoning.
3: I used shredded cheese I had on hand. Next time, I want to mix Parmesan cheese to it!
I am obsessed with sun tea! Anyone else?! When I started dating Blaine, he got me hooked! Since I don’t really like drinking plain water, this is the perfect alternative! Blaine leaves the tea jar outside in the sun all day to let it brew!
Breakfast for dinner!
Eggs+jalapeño peppers+black pepper. Topped with Parmesan crisps+shredded cheese+sriracha sauce! YUM!
