Wayfair Patio Furniture with Sunbrella Fabric

Many of you know we are currently living in a townhome while we build a house and I’ve been slowly making this townhome feel like home! I couldn’t wait to have an outdoor living space for my kids to hang out in, for my husband and I to enjoy some drinks on the deck, or even have an outdoor office for me when there is nice weather. Here’s what it looked like before:

I wanted a space that was relaxing and included modern and durable pieces. Also, our deck is small so I needed something that could fit the space without looking too bulky. Well, I found these perfect furniture pieces at Wayfair! There were so many to choose from, but these specific ones caught my eye right away when I was browsing their website.

Plus if any of the kids (or myself since I can be clumsy) spill anything or make any messes, it’ll be easy to clean!

I also grabbed a patio umbrella so we can have some shade from the sun especially when I’m outside working. The umbrella is 72” which is the perfect size for our deck. It’s a crank lift and is so easy to use.

Plus, it even tilts! It’s also water–resistant and UV–resistant since it’s Sunbrella fabric.
