Moyer exterior design finalized | New Build

From my last post, I had shown the new drawing with a modern roof line. I also mentioned that we are doing black siding and wood exterior for our new build, but I couldn’t decide if I wanted it in the center portion of our house or in the front porch only.

I finally decided and I chose….. CENTER OF HOME! Why? Well, we ended up getting our final drawings (floor plan details, foundation drawings, and elevations) yesterday, and Tony included these new 3D drawings that made my decision final! I’m obsessed!

Blaine likes this option and a majority of you also said in the center of the house! Thanks for voting and helping me decide on house finishes and design when I can’t make up my mind!

Another reason why I chose this design is because I want to have rattan or wicker furniture in my front porch which will pop against the black. I’m also envisioning white potted plants or light wood and rattan accents.
