Letter Wall Decor

I finally get to show you the REVEAL! If you didn’t know, I actually had these letters up at our previous house:

I bought these 7” tall letters in 2017 at HOBBY LOBBY but here’s a similar one on ETSY!

With these letters / saying, I wanted it to be bold and make a statement against the white wall at our current house. You all know I love black and white. Instead of leaving some of the letters as is, I decided I wanted all of the letters to be black.

I used KRYLON COLORMAXX SATIN BLACK SPRAY PAINT.

Unfortunately since the back of the letter is hollow, I couldn’t use COMMAND STRIPS. Good ol’ fashioned hammer and nails it is! A level was also handy but some of the letters aren’t completely straight so I did a lot of eyeballing it. 😉

Here’s the blank wall that was screaming for attention!

All done! 46 nails on the wall later! Phew! It took me an hour to put it all up.

It’s a friendly reminder for everyone! Below is a view the moment you step in our house from our garage.

This area is definitely not complete! I want to get a rug runner and put some stuff on the wall (right). Stay tuned!

**UPDATE** I added this RUG RUNNER to the hallway! It’s 8’ long and perfect for the space! Now time to decorate the walls!!
