Keto Peanut Butter Fat Bomb
Last weekend, I made LOW CARB COCONUT BARS which were so good! Well, my husband doesn’t like coconut so he requested for me to try out this KETO FAT BOMB RECIPE from Momma Fit Lyndsey.
I’m all about EASY recipes, and this was definitely easy! The only part that took some time was when you have to wait 10 min for the layers to harden.
INGREDIENTS
BOTTOM CHOCOLATE LAYER:
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
4 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (I used peanut butter)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp stevia drops or powder (I used the powder)
TOP PEANUT BUTTER LAYER:
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
4 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (I used peanut butter)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp stevia drops or powder (I used the powder)
*Calls for mini muffin tin and baking cups. I didn’t have either one so I just used a regular muffin tin and cooking spray so the fat bombs wouldn’t stick to the tin.
INSTRUCTIONS
For the bottom chocolate layer: Combine all the ingredients from the chocolate layer. Stir until smooth. Fill muffin tin. Freeze for 10 min.

Freeze until firm.
Blaine LOOOOOVED it. The boys enjoyed it too! I’m going to have to double the recipe for next time!
If you are a peanut butter fan… this is a great low carb dessert for you! (NUTRITION FACTS)
