Cheesy Chicken Ranch with Bacon
Here’s a Keto dinner idea for those who need it. We got this one from Pinterest per usual. 😉 Click HERE for the recipe we used.
Instead of a crockpot, Blaine used our Instant Pot. We sure love it especially since it makes dinner in a short amount of time! 🙌🏽
Ingredients:
- 4-5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 packet dry ranch dressing seasoning
- Recipe called for 16oz sour cream but Blaine did 8oz cream cheese
- shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
-Place chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch dressing seasoning in Instant Pot
-Cook in Instant Pot
-To cook bacon, Blaine placed the strips of bacon on a pan and baked in the oven at 350 degrees until crispy.
-Chop up bacon. (The kids were excited to smell bacon…ha!)
-Once Instant Pot is done, scoop up chicken, sprinkle cheddar cheese, and then sprinkle bacon pieces.
I’m so glad Blaine found this recipe! It’s super easy and it tastes great! Next time I’m going to ask Blaine to chop up some jalapeño pieces to sprinkle with it! I love spicy food, and it’s be a great addition to this meal! 😋
