5 Easy and Affordable Dinner Recipes
Check out these FIVE recipes below that caught my eye! I chose these recipes because they’re affordable and seems easy to make! Definitely my kind of recipes…WIN, WIN!
I did an approximate cost summary for each recipe. I hope it’s helpful since sometimes you can go to a store with a recipe and have no idea how much it will be until you get to the register. There are probably some ingredients in each recipe that you already have, but I added them just in case. What I didn’t include are some ingredients that most people have in their home already such as pepper and margarine. 😉
I made one of them already, but can’t wait to make the others!
1. Baked Rigatoni from Semi Homemade Recipes – I ended up making this, and it was a hit with the kids! YASSS!! Super easy to make, and a couple of the kids had 3 helpings! Even Mariah who is a picky eater had 2 helpings.
I did make this dish using 2 boxes of rigatoni because the kids were going to eat this after practice. They’re always really hungry when they get home. I was right because there was only one scoop left at cleanup!
3. Taco Pasta Recipe – If I made this, I’ll probably separate portions of it with 1 with beans and 1 without. I know the kids will complain if they saw beans…lol.
4. Green Chile Enchiladas – Blaine loves enchiladas so he’s looking forward to when we have this for dinner!
