Tv Stand Upgrade | Ikea Hack with Norse Interiors
Thank-you Norse Interiors for gifting me product, but all opinions are my own.
New home, new tv stand. 😉
When we moved into this house almost 1.5 years ago, we had a the tv below so the black tv stand worked. Welllll…
Blaine thought we “needed” a bigger tv. As you can see below, the tv was way too big for the tv stand. It’s been about a year now and I finally decided it was time to get a bigger tv stand. Yes you read that right. It took a year for me to finally do something about this…haha!
I really liked the Pottery Barn Dolores Cane Console Table, but it was going to cost over $2000 with shipping & processing. After doing some research, I started looking into doing 2 Ikea frames for extra storage and Norse Interiors fronts to get the cane doors (**Use code CECILIA10 for 10% off your order at Norse Interiors). Items from Norse Interiors are meant to be used on Ikea furniture so you can achieve a custom look. I love how they offer legs and hardware to complete a modern look.

It was easy to put together, and I just love how it turned out! This is 94.5″ long! It’s perfect for our living room and offers so much storage space for board games and extra decor items that I can easily access all year long.
Check out the behind the scenes of this project! Not really sure how my husband puts up with me….lol.
