Spring home decor with Walmart
Thank-you WALMART for sponsoring this post!
Ever since we moved into the rental, I’ve been on a mission to decorate the rooms to feel more at home. With the beautiful weather we’ve been having lately, I wanted to spruce up our home with spring home decor. Here is what our dining table looked like before the spring refresh.
Before I show you what I did, I wanted to ask if you’ve heard of the cottagecore trend? If you haven’t, cottagecore is focusing and finding happiness in the simple life. It’s bringing nature inside. With a beautiful relaxing space and calming colors, you can enjoy being in the comfort of your own home!
Walmart has an assortment of home decor pieces to choose from to achieve this cottagecore style. You all know I love a simple look and love using textures, clean lines, and light wood tones to have a space that’s relaxing and beautiful. I was so excited to find affordable spring decor at Walmart for my home!
I placed 3 pieces on a woven tray to add different heights but also group them together. I love this cream ceramic textured vase. I added some greenery to keep it simple but I can’t wait to add some florals throughout the season or even pampas grass.
This faux aloe plant is so realistic! I love the simple textured vase it comes in!
This table runner has such beautiful detail!
I also added this floral pillow to add some subtle colors into the space!
I made some treats for the family because our family loves food especially sweets! I even got to use these new tools from Drew Barrymore’s new line called Beautiful which are only available at Walmart!
This silicone mini fluted cake pan was amazing! I didn’t spray the pan, and the cake popped out so easily without any problems!
